Today was my VERY first appointment with Empress! I am very impressed by her work!! I have read previous reviews on "The Wash" just the wash alone... I must say it was a VERY pleasant experience! AMAZING!! My hair felt so good!! My hair felt ALIVE again!! She took her time and had much patience with my hair!! Her hospitality... the way she treats you like family when you walk through the door!! I HIGHLY recommend this goddess...The INFAMOUS Miss Empress(Lioness Den)!! I have found my locs a home!! Thank you so much Miss Empress!
My experience with Micel was spot on during Covid. Health & safety precautions from the time you entered the shop untill the time I left. Micel made me feel like family she was insightful, understanding, and patient when we discussed where my hair had been and in what direction we would be going with it. The shampoo was relaxing and she really took her time. You had the confidence that she really knows what she is doing from start to finish.She asks the right questions, and went over every inch of my head as she familiarized herself with head shape and hair growth patterns. Afterwards, I felt like a new woman when I looked in the mirror. I walked out of there feeling great. I'll continue to be walking billboard her work speaks for itself. Blessings
