I've used this shop twice now for 5 different keys and I've had nothing but a good experience. They're a local small business. Very old school with hand-written receipts. I ended up having a problem with one of my keys, and when I went back in they made it right with no issue and no second guessing me. I will continue to use the shop for any of my key needs, and I will recommend them time and time again.
The gentlemen who helped me with cutting a backup key for my Prius key fob were super helpful. They even met me outside the office in order to prevent me from having to bring my screaming infant daughter inside. They made us feel welcome and even helped us double check that their work was effective. Their prices are very reasonable. They clearly prioritize customer experience and honesty.
Love a small business. They are super honest and working to get you the best deal, not working to make you spend you more money.
Family owned. I have done business there twice and will be returning any time i have a key need, and referring anybody who asks.
