I went to see Keith after a partial muscle tear in my calf. I found him to be very knowledgeable on his craft and his massage therapy was very effective at helping me heal up quickly and safely!
During a grueling pickleball tournament against 2 retired NFL wide receivers, I pulled my calf muscle in our second match. We were up 8-3 and only 3 pts to clinch the win. My calf hurt so much I could not stand. I called a medical time out (15min). Keith came over and offered his help. With his expertise in deep muscle and soft tissue, he was able to work my calf muscle back to about 60% use which was amazing. This meant I could stand up and take two steps. Our opponents knew who to target once the match resumed. Unfortunately, this didn’t work. We were able to defeat the retired NFL pros 2 games to 0. If it were not for Keith, we would have had to forfeit the match.
