been waiting on an advance from my taxes but no one can give me an answer on what is going on..my bank said they did not receive it but liberty tax is calling me a liar saying they did
Beware of this Company they hire independent agents who commit fraud, identity theft and falsified documents. Spoke with 3 different reps and was blown off and denied responsibility for the agents actions. Can't get my money back because no one will respond
I’ve been with liberty tax for years. My advance loan is more than this little $200 Christmas loan y’all approved me for!!! Wth imma do with that with 3 kids for Christmas? Somebody gotta tell me something imma raise hell as soon as them phones cut on at 8am! We deserve better than this It took me all day to gather the information just to get approved for $200 and I’m doing it by myself this year! It’s a no for me don’t use them!!!
