J&L Home Renovations is one of the best contractors I've ever done business with, if not THE best. Their work is impeccable and every employee I dealt with, from the sales staff at the office to the skilled tradesmen on the job, were professional, polite and friendly. My detached storage building was built quickly and with phenomenal quality and craftsmanship. J&L built it within the agreed budget and I was never ambushed with extra costs and the price was more than reasonable. So I originally saw J and L on FB while shopping around fir concrete patios after almost a year of debating between cement or gravel. Christian was very quick and thorough and was very happy to work with us as a military family. After we read the invoice , we were happy to begin business. The concrete poeole were very professional, however they did not lay wire mesh or gravel before sanding and pouring, which I will be following uo with J and L about soon. There's even pits on the sides almost right to the top which could break quite easily as time goes on. The final stage of it was setting the rail in and the team sent by J and L were professional, courteous to update as they finished. All in all I'm satisfied , but some of the things done during the concrete phase I have questions and would like further input from J and L on. Be assured I'm happy with my purchase, and also you get a 1 year warranty. So breathe easy everyone. ill update my review after I speak to someone at J and L.
