After a rough travel day, I was so grateful to have a massage booked with Allen at Inner Element in Virginia Beach. He was amazing—his technique was spot on, using neuromuscular therapy and really getting into the trigger points I didn’t even realize needed attention. I came in sore and exhausted and left feeling totally refreshed and recharged. I feel amazing!
The space is super relaxing, with hot tea and water available, and he even offered a warm towel afterward to wipe off any excess oils—such a thoughtful touch.
If you’re in Virginia Beach and need a great massage, go see Allen. Highly recommend!

Allen has incredible skills as a masseuse. I’ve been to at least 5 other massages around Hampton roads and he is the best, hands down. Allen is worth every dime. Book him! You won’t be sorry!
