Well I called for an appointment and no one has ever gotten back with me. It's very sad that they don't even return calls. But I did see this in reviews about this vet they don't return calls. So I have found another vet and I've heard nothing but excellent things about them.

I was referred to Holland Oaks by a friend and I am SO glad I was! The staff is incredible. They make sure to address my puppy and give her some pets and scratches before even starting any kind of examination. I did not feel like they rushed, they took their time as if she was the only animal they were seeing that day. They took the time to answer my questions, and they are not gouging you with expensive bills like a lot of other places will. Dr. Jones and his technician have been a pleasure. They became my regular vet after my male cat had a urinary blockage. Very patient with my concerns. Slow to return calls, but is understandable considering the amount of staff. I would recommend Dr. Jones hiring another tech, but that is just my opinion. Otherwise, very happy with their love and care for my pet.

Back in 2007 we got a beagle and Dr. Jones was her first vet. We moved after a couple years but he was fabulous. I wish we could find another vet like him for my new dog here in Stafford. He was always honest and fair priced.

This vet office does not answer or return phone calls. Tried to make an appointment for my cat who was already an established animal patient for this office, but was never able to get through. Left multiple voicemails and never heard back. Ended up going in person to make the appointment and called the office in the waiting room and watched my call get blatantly ignored. Couldn’t even answer to put me on a hold. I got an appointment for her to get blood work and was told I’d hear back the day of. It’s been a week and I still haven’t gotten the results OR a call to let me know any information about why I haven’t heard back. I had to be the one to call them multiple times before getting any information. I still haven’t heard back about the results but hopefully will “in the next 24 hours.” Regardless, I’ve got to find a new office. Communication is key.
