She has every DCJS certification out there and knows how to educate her staff on managing difficult situations and de-escalating.It's not always sunshine and roses, but this company really cares about their employees and helping build strong bonds with the communities they serve.I've read some of the previous negative reviews, and I'd like to say I'm not being paid to leave a positive review. I have really enjoyed working at Guardus! Corinne, the Owner/President, is so knowledgeable! She's really a shining star. She has every DCJS certification out there and knows how to educate her staff on managing difficult situations and de-escalating. This company really cares about their employees and helping build strong bonds with the communities they serve. I've seen Corinne stop doing whatever she is doing to speak to clients that are having an problem at their site. From cars being broken into, to vandalism, and worse.
