GMF + ASSOCIATES is a registered trade name for DESIGN FOUR, INC., incorporated and licensed in 1984 as a Class A contractor. Over its 25+ year business history GMF+ has designed hundreds of homes and residential additions, as well as award winning commercial projects. Its business model continues today to offer services to clients as a "Master Builder" in the concept of the Renaissance architect-builder, available to be directly involved in the construction it designs.
