Andrea is very knowledgeable about why dogs behave a certain way. She was able to point out some concerns right away! When she first met him, she stated that our dog might be in pain because of the way he was sitting. She also gave helpful strategies to use when we notice that he is uncomfortable or anxious, so that aggressive behaviors can be avoided. She knows her stuff!

I have really enjoyed taking classes at Freak on a Leash with my dog the past 2 years. Sassy and I have taking Scent with Tony and Scent Fun and Games with Brandy. I would love to try some of the other classes as well.
Karissa was the perfect fit for our Dane! She taught us a lot about his personality and would try several avenues to find what worked for his specific quirks. She was patient with him and helped us learn how to continue his training on a daily basis. We exposed him to various 'triggers' to see his reactions and learn how to manage different situations from other dogs and people on walks, workers in the house, neighbors outside, etc. My only negative is the cost is a bit higher than most other trainers but by repeating what he learned daily in between sessions and Karissa's techniques we definitely saw results and positive changes in our dog's behavior.
