Best experience I’ve ever had working out!!! Very supportive environment!! I saw results instantly and was in the best shape as an adult in a long time!!
Fitlab is a totally different experience. I have enjoyed working out their three mornings a week for close to two years. Ben and John are great instructors; they make it a different experience each day, fun and challenging at the same time. The leadership and fellowship is part of the chemistry that makes this such a great experience. A facility like no other, roomy, clean, full of positive energy, Reach your personal goals and feel better about yourself in a short period of time.
Jeannie and Ben are amazing trainers! The classes are challenging but fun. Great workout, great way to get in shape!
