East Coast Driving School offers a fairly priced, full-day course. The instructor is very knowledgeable and has a passion for teaching the rules of the road, covering the majority of the information. She creates a comfortable and encouraging learning environment with patience and professionalism, instilling confidence and skills. While her demeanor can come off as very condescending and slightly rude, she is dedicated to helping new drivers succeed. Many students are impressed and recommend her for learning all that is needed to know.
I can't recommend East Coast Driving School and Mrs. Colleen enough! She taught me how to drive 15 years ago with patience and professionalism, instilling confidence and skills that have stayed with me ever since. Now, she’s preparing my son, and I see the same dedication and expertise in her teaching methods. Mrs. Colleen creates a comfortable and encouraging learning environment, making her students feel at ease behind the wheel. It’s clear she is passionate about helping new drivers succeed; I’m beyond grateful to have her guiding my son through this important milestone!
The instructor will come off as VERY condescending and slightly rude. Her demeanor will most certainly rub you the wrong way HOWEVER, she is VERY knowledgeable and has a passion for teaching you the rules of the road. The course is fairly priced ($65) and expect to be there the entire day. Sit still and stay quiet in the class and it will be over before you know it!
Ms. Colleen is truly a passionate educator. While stern (and sometimes a tiny bit abrasive) in her teachings she truly cares about the safety and education of her students. I took her class in 2017 and I can’t tell you how happy I am that I did. Not many educators will offer to drive you home at ANY time of the night if you find yourself in an inebriated position. I’m forever grateful that I took her class and highly recommend that you do as well
