Brought my computer in for repairs. Lacy inspected the computer and was extremely professional, honest, and provided exceptional customer service. He recommended that the repairs would be a waste of money then proceeded to clean/service the computer and updated the antivirus software for free. Highly recommend East Coast Computer!!!
