I walked in there never been there before, they had wonderful customer service. Their flowers are beautiful!! Even though I didn’t like the ones in the case, they had no hesitation about making me a beautiful arrangement to my liking. These flowers still a week later are gorgeous! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughters place of work. The florist went above and beyond. I received the picture of the arrangement before it left the store. I received the picture of my daughter with it. A coworker took a video of when it was delivered to her and it showed the delivery person singing happy birthday to her. I couldn’t have been more pleased with this quality of service and attention to detail.
Amazing customer service! I ordered a dish garden yesterday to be delivered, I live in another state, and it was beautifully delivered today. The service over the phone was excellent and the garden delivered was stunning. They even emailed me a photo before the delivery and then a photo delivery confirmation. I highly recommend them of you need flowers and you're in the VA Beach area.
