We've used many cleaning services in the Hampton Roads area over the last 25 years and typically after a couple of years the service quality dips and I find myself looking for a new company. I've been impressed with the consistency and quality of cleanings we get with Custom Maid and really appreciate that they usually send the same team of cleaners each week. This has allowed them to get to know our house better and really concentrate on the areas that need the most help. They're efficient and detailed and also respectful of our space. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail and thoroughly high-quality work, delivered by a polite and friendly team! They seemed to use enough time to complete everything and didn't fly out the door. I'll take them any time!!
