We had a horrible walk-in shower. It had a 10 inches step-up that caused my wife numerous falls. Coradi came in pulled that horrible shower. They found the prior contractor used a lot of plywood in the shower to back their acrylic paneling. The bench had also had plywood so the thing would creek all the time. Coradi redid the shower. No plywood. Only 1/2 inch step-in. The bath that we have now is lovely. I can’t express how much I wish I with them first.
Without the slightest exaggeration, my wife and I can say that in our lifetime (a long time) we have never had such a positive experience with a contractor. Coradi Contracting is the extremely rare example of a company that actually provides old world craftsmanship at an extremely reasonable price. We had our shower remodeled —a project that took approximately two weeks. During the project we had access to an app that provided a detailed schedule and description of the work they were doing on each day. There were two crews. The first crew renovated the infrastructure and were true craftsmen. CJ, Bruce and the other CJ —came at exactly the time they said they would. They were extraordinarily polite and considerate of our needs. And on each day they were here, they cleaned the entire space spotlessly before they left. The second crew —Mick and his assistant Enri did the tile work and made the project a beautiful piece of art. Mick is a true artisan! We heartily recommend Coradi Contracting who did all this for half the price we’d been quoted by others! 10 stars!
Coradi Contracting has completed Phase 1 of our renovation project….Jason (the project manager) was communicating with us every step of the way…the crew was professional, competent and friendly. They arrived on time…cleaned up at the end of each day…Highly recommend them for any project and look forward to working with them again!
