This was my first time and the customer service was fantastic! Brian was so helpful and explained everything so well. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely recommend them to all of my friends.
Took my old computer to be transferred over to a new computer. They did a wonderful job and was very patient and explaining things to me. Quick turnaround also. Would recommend them highly.
I was very pleased with the technicians at Your Computer Guy. They were very thorough in inspecting my laptop and diagnosing the problem while I was there. It was the battery so they ordered a replacement and called me as soon as it came it. Their price was more than reasonable. I will definitely be calling on them in the future if I have any computer problems.
