Billy provided excellent service today. He was on time, professional, courteous, and very personable. He even questioned a side door that we had not identified to be keyed. He rekeyed all of our locks, provided spare keys and provided guidance in programming the front door keypad. Highly recommend Coastal Lock and Key!

We hired Coastal lock and Key to install a lock on our sliding glass door. He was able to provide us with the exact part (via a link) for our Anderson door when home depot (where we bought the door) couldn’t be bothered or didn’t have a clue with what they were talking about. Billy (the locksmith) was very friendly and professional and even took the time to clean up after he was done.
