I’ve been going to Katie Whitt at Salon Platinum for a couple of years now and she is hands down one of the best I’ve ever been to for my platinum blonde color and hair extensions. I will self admit I am pretty particular with my blonde color and have been to several different stylists and she is truly amazing. I also feel her prices are fair for extension install and color. She also does custom placement of my hair extensions making them look very natural. I also rarely, if ever have to come between appointments for them to be tightened up or re-installed, which is a huge plus for me as a busy Mom with a career. I’ve been going to Katie since I moved to VB from out of state a year ago — and she’s hands-down the BEST — especially when it comes to extensions. I’m writing this because I’ve seen some recent feedback that doesn’t reflect my experience — and I want to offer a different perspective.

I’ve had multiple installs and move-ups from Katie, and my hair has never looked or felt better. She uses high-quality hair (Bellami). My extensions have stayed secure well past two weeks — I even go longer between move-ups than most! This is because she is a MASTER of the blend and grow out.
