You can never get a hold of them and their sign is hard to see! We were 5 min late because we could not find the sign and we called to ask for specific directions and the office is close! We finally found the office and the front desk told us since we were 5 min late my daughter cannot be seen. We tried calling for help and no one picked up! So I told them ok let’s reschedule and the girl gave me a card and told me that I would have to call back. We’re already at the office why couldn’t you just reschedule now?

We've been seeing NP Hall for a hemangioma for over a year. She is very kind and professional. The front desk staff is consistently welcoming and accommodating. I can typically always get a hold of a nurse if needed and my questions are always answered through the online message portal. The office is clean and bright. They have a parking lot on site which is nice and it's easily accessible which is rare for Town Center. Something to note: the parking spaces are pretty tight so keep that in mind if you have to get a car seat out.
Overall I am incredibly grateful that these services at this office exists! Thank you!
