Two of my kitchen outlets stopped working and after some basic troubleshooting - reading voltage and checking the breaker - I decided it was outside of my abilities to repair confidently. After looking through the local electricians, I settled on Castle for their wonderful reviews and fair pricing standard, and let me tell you it was the right choice! Castle was out here in an hour and after checking out the problem area, he traced the issue back to a still functioning outlet that had rusted through in the connection, and thus was tripping out the outlets down the line. I noticed a burning smell coming from my breaker inside the house and the meter on the other side of the wall, outside, and Wayne was able to squeeze me in last minute at the end of the day on a Friday, which was such a relief.
He quickly diagnosed the issue(s) and had everything fixed in a little over an hour. Wayne was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire visit.
