Brenda has the experience to get us the most house for our money. She used her experience to help us look for and ask for items in our home that we wouldn’t have thought to ask for. After we put in an offer, she negotiated well with the seller to get us most of what we asked the seller for. She was also understanding of our shopping with a toddler and willing to work with us within a limited schedule.

She was great working with us to reserve a whole weekend since we could only come in to house-hunt for two days. She went over the homes with us before-hand so we could eliminate a few and not waste our time looking at houses we knew we weren't interested in.
