if I could start over I would with a new builder. They are attentive until you close, then it is a lot of broken promises. I closed in May 24, first call June 24 for no air. I have been having problems with no air no heat ever since I closed. Now since it has been over a yeat I had to pay out of pocket. They told me no worries that my warranty was running out they will look out for me since I have been having problems...all lies. still waiting on return visits for warranty repairs, office leaking but they couldn't find problems so they repaired the damage and it is cracking open again and they won't return calls nor come back! I am beyond frustrate! Runnnnnmm

I recommended my brother to move in to Nexus Luxury apartments when he was returning from deployment a year ago. He immediately loved everything about it. Until it came time for him to transfer and they are now trying to scam him out of money for a 30 day notice. We have documented proof that a notice was submitted back in July. He physically went into the office to tell them to extend it a month due to his military orders changing and now they're saying he never told them anything because the 1st notice was in writing and the 2nd was in person when he physically went in to the office and spoke with Kennisha to change his move out to the end of September instead. Trash property management company, do yourself a favor and pick somewhere better to spend your hard earned money. These deposit stealers pretend to actually care until the lease is up and you decide not to re-sign. Then you’re just another cash cow.
