Jeff is amazing at his craft! He is so much more than a massage therapist; he is a body worker. He is so knowledgable of muscles and how to address pain and tension better than any therapist I’ve been to. The prices are incredibly reasonable as well. I do not live in Virginia Beach, but I make an appointment with Jeff every time I am in town!
Great spa, have gotten a few massages here. Definitely recommend. They are very kind, professional, clean, and comfortable. You will feel better afterwards, I’m usually a hot mess when I go and they always work things out.
Was on vacation and decide to look into getting a massage. I saw that balance massage had great reviews so I gave it a try. I had Sue as my therapist and she was amazing. The perfect amount of pressure and made sure to give me a relaxing massage. I also loved how adorable it was compared to other massage places. I will definitely be back when I am back in town
