I can't say enough good things about Napa BP and their incredible team, especially Eric. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and a no-pressure atmosphere. Unlike other mechanics, they didn't try to upsell unnecessary services. Eric's expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process. Right now I would say they need people who work there to have better customer service. I asked about the BP Loyalty and the guy said I have to go online and then instead of handing me the pamphlet he tossed at me and I said thank you and he just stood there and said nothing. Rude
The place is very clean and the staff are friendly.
