Clay came by today to perform my annual review today. I sign a maintenance contract about 3 years ago. Clay is very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked out my system. Because of signing the maintenance agreement my system has never been better. I appreciate Atlantic and signing the yearly contract with them was one of the best things I’ve ever done. They come out twice yearly. 1 before the summer heat kicks in and then to check the system before the weather changes to the cold. I trust them completely ??

I have an appointment for them to come start a job for me tomorrow, 4/25/2024. I've been calling and texting them today to reconfirm the scope of the job and that they will show up. The rep hasn't returned my calls or texts, and their main office told me they'd have him get in contact with me.

My husband & I can’t say enough good things about this company! Our A/C went out and our landlord called them for a service call.
