Though the information from the call center caused some stress, the staff at Red Mill were compassionate and understanding dealing with my 94 year old dad as well as myself. They explained everything thoroughly and worked to combine treatments to cut down on the number of visits and get my dad his teeth as soon as possible. I appreciated all their patience.
I have not had the best experience with Aspen for the last 6 years but I will say that after my denture broke again and calling 5 different locations the Red Mill office personal today and yesterday made it a pleasant experience and reminded me that it really is the people that you deal with that makes the experience.
