I have not had the best experience with Aspen for the last 6 years but I will say that after my denture broke again and calling 5 different locations the Red Mill office personal today and yesterday made it a pleasant experience and reminded me that it really is the people that you deal with that makes the experience. Thank you Jenn for staying calm and caring through my whole experience yesterday.

She went above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable as possible and addressed my needs in a timely and attentive manner. Throughout the entire appointment, she showed genuine compassion, empathy, and support, which made me feel heard and cared for. I could not have asked for a better person to oversee my care. For someone who has severe anxiety especially when it comes to the dentist, I have never felt so at ease, reassured, and well taken care of. I had 20 extractions and temporary dentures placed all in 1 day and the whole staff never made me feel bad about being anxious. In fact the the complete opposite, every step of the way the made sure I was ok to move forward and went at my pace. So happy and grateful for everyone at Aspen!
