I called and needed a button replaced on an item that I needed that day. The lady running the shop was so nice on the phone and when I came in she fixed it for me right away. Work was clean, fast, and efficient.Service: Alterations

Paid her up front to hem, mend frayed button holes and dry clean a suit. She only did the hem. Suit was not dry cleaned and button holes were still all frayed. But she has you over a barrel because it's cash up front. She writes a completely unintelligible chicken scratch pickup ticket that you surrender when you pick up. You never get any receipt. Suggest that if you do business here that 1. get legible, itemized receipt or order that you can keep. Don't pay her until you get this. 2. Pay only 1/2 up front or say you will go somewhere else 3. Better yet, just go somewhere else.

I'm battling whether to give two or three stars but here's my issue- I've brought at least 8-10 sport jackets here and it seems as though her pricing is NEVER consistent. Super nice lady don't get me wrong but as a business, there's no consistency. If you are going to charge higher for a different material that's fine but please have those prices readily available for your customers. Will your clothes get cleaned? Sure! Will you pay the same consistent price for the same type of clothes? No, not really
