Wonderful, friendly customer service. They were able to get a stain out of a formal dress that I had let sit for about 9 months. Definitely recommend and will be doing all future dry cleaning there.

Friendly, exceptional service at the Princess Anne Road location! Jackie and Pat are exceptional and treat me (and my shirts) like family - better, a friend! I look forward to my text message that my shirts are ready and I will get to see Jackie or Pat.

I went to Albano's at Kemp's River needing a suit coat sleeves adjusted. Due to the positioning of the buttons it was quite a task. But Gloria and Rosslyn went the extra mile in finding and recommending a solution to the problem. They kept measuring and asking how I wanted the end product to look like. It was quite a welcoming gesture and another level outstanding of customer service. What a wonderful experience!
