I have been coming to this store for 7+ years. My clothes are professionally done and the service has been exceptional. It is so clear that David loves his job, but he loves people even more. He goes out of his way to be helpful. He even remembers my name when I drop off and pickup. In a world where customer service has all but disappeared, it’s refreshing to deal with a company that values your business.Services: Laundry wash & fold

We are lifelong Albano Cleaners customers and last night’s visit is an example of why. I stopped by late yesterday to pick up an order I received an email about recently. David at Courthouse Marketplace (CH) location welcomed me in and although he had just closed the store he offered without hesitation to write up my drop-off and find all my cleaned clothes, which was quite a lot. He did not complain and in fact assured me he was happy to find everything and get me straight! So not only do they gently remind you of an order you have forgotten, but Albanos, and specifically David at CH showed they will kindly accommodate a busy mom with a smile.
