Jason and Aaron with A1 came and sorted out a problem I had with roots growing in my pipes. It was hot and sweaty and they finished the job within the day. Came back with some mulch and made my yard look pretty again. Highly recommend 10/10
I am revisiting a bad review of A1 Sewer & Drain I had posted due to unsatisfactory work performed on my convertible jet pump. I was experiencing short-cycling on the jet pump and the technician claimed the short-cycling was due to an bad pump tank. After a new pump tank was installed, the short-cycling continued as before. After 3 more visits by various technicians, I still had a problem with short-cycling. After posting my complaint on Google Reviews, Elizabeth from A1 Sewer & Drain contacted me to find out specifically why I was unhappy with the service.
