“The kiosk I used is located in the nearby Kroger in Vinton VA. I had to make copies of my new house keys, and everyone wanted different designs. The kiosk was easy to use, reasonably priced, and a good variety of color and pattern options. I had no issues with the keys when I came home and tested them out. The only reason for 4 star is that everything went as it should, and not contact the company or talking to a human, there was nothing that made it more than a good solid purchase of good product. And I understand that as a 4. They did send a text after to ensure all was well and included their contact info, which was nice, and could be helpful of any problems, but I had none.“

“Called them in a time of high stress after finding out the costs involved with getting keys made for a vehicle after all of them have been lost. Damien explained what I needed to do and talked me through the process. Very professional young man who helped me a ton. The key he cut worked but my truck needed further programming and he helped me with getting that taken care of by referring a mobile service as I lived too far away to bring the truck to them. That company was great and I cannot thank you guys enough for helping me through this time of stress!“
