1950 Fort Avenue, Lynchburg“I have not actually used their locksmith service HOWEVER two incredible employees spent over 20 minutes trying to help my husband and me jumpstart our truck after it died at the gas station (after work hours mind you, so I know they were ready to go home!). They were SO kind, took so much time to help, and one of them was even late to dinner and was still happy to help! If these men (whose names we didn’t catch 😭) spent that much time trying to help strangers after a long day, I can only imagine what kind of customer service they offer to customers. I will be a future customer solely because of this interaction!!“
