Ivy, our angel on earth that you chose to care for my 91-year old mother, became a beloved part of our family during the seven months' time she spent caring diligently and compassionately for Phyllis. We were all present when Phyllis passed peacefully, and having Ivy there meant everything to me, and more importantly, to my mother, who trusted and relied on Ivy's care and compassion. I traveled with my family and friends from Rhode Island to Virginia for my oldest son’s wedding and contacted Visiting Angels to care for my 92-year-old father, who has dementia. We couldn’t be more happy and blessed with Isabela, the CNA Visiting Angels matched us with. She was sweet, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly attentive to detail. She even visited us a couple of days before the wedding to meet us and learn about my dad's specific needs. On the day of the wedding, leaving him in Isabela's care gave us complete peace of mind. My experience with Visiting Angels was excellent with courtesy, kindness and compassion by office staff and the home health care providers. There was consistency of positive attitude and action by all who came to my home to assist me after my surgery. They were a great help to me in my condition of recovery.
