We had a wonderful experience with Tyson's Ballroom. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Gerry was especially helpful, answering all of our questions and making everything as smooth as possible.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our event due to personal reasons, and their refund policy was truly outstanding. They refunded our entire security deposit immediately, with no hassle at all. We really appreciated their understanding and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Tyson's Ballroom to anyone looking for a venue with a caring team and honest, customer-focused policies.
Did my daughter birthday and everything was outstanding the ballroom was clean the owner really friendly and really understanding to my needs, I’ll be definitely be holding more events at this location..

I had an amazing experience with Gary and Tysons Ballroom! From the very beginning, Gary provided outstanding customer service and made the entire event rental process easy and stress-free. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly.
What really stood out was their incredible refund policy, which gave me so much confidence when booking. It’s rare to find a venue that values its customers the way Tysons Ballroom does.
