The new Trapeze class is awesome! Yesterday was my first time ever, and the instructor (Sharon) was super-patient helping me figure it out and try new challenges at my comfort level (and stop and rest anytime). The trapeze is a welcoming fabric sling with extra straps and handles, not at all high off the ground (whew!). I had tried PT, chiropractic, acupuncture, and even cortisone injections in my back. Finding this practice has been life changing for me because I can finally find some relief. The Nadi Balls are the only way to get rid of the deep...read full review
