Tara is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable and holistic. She takes care of the health aspect but i am also into beauty and looking young forever...and she does that with the face cupping. Tara is a true professional. She is knowledgeable and educated, understanding the intricacies of how our muscles work together. She successfully pinpointed the cause of my pain and worked over the next month to help me feel better. I resumed exercise and most importantly, I can pick up my child without pain. Take her advice seriously. Do your homework and drink water. You will feel better!! Worth every penny. I'd recommend her to anyone with or without pain. In addition to being good at her job, she is a beautiful human being who enjoys helping people and that's the kind of small business everyone should support!

Tara is legit. If you take nothing else away, remember that.I’ve had massages at a lot of places, but this is the first place I can truly recommend. She shared her cupping technique with me and it’s exceptionally effective. Now, I do look like I got into a fight (that I lost) with an giant squid, but the temporary marks are worth how well it unlocks knots, encourages blood flow, and flushes out toxins in the body.So, it’s safe to say that Tara ruined my whole next day in the best possible way.
