My friend recommended Vanessa and Sulma to me when I needed to get my nails done before a vacation. Words cannot describe how impressed I was by their work. My nails and feet have never looked this good before in my life, and I have been going regularly elsewhere every 3 weeks for forever. Vanessa’s first Russian gel manicure on my natural nails could have lasted over a month, but my nails grow fast. Sulma gave me the most precise gel pedicure I’ve ever had. This spa is very clean, relaxing, and their customer service is great. I can see why they’re at a higher price point.

I initially went in for a medical dermatology appointment back in May with very low expectations because I’ve been struggling with my particular skin issue (keloids) since I was a kid. However, Dr. Parand changed my whole outlook on them. She has excellent bedside manner and was always attentive, checking in on me throughout my four visits. She even recommended follow-up care for my long-term skin health and gave me options I had never been presented with before.

What really stood out was how she explained everything clearly, never rushed me, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. My keloids have already shown noticeable improvement, and for the first time in years, I feel hopeful about managing them. I cannot recommend Dr. Parand enough. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in her patients’ well-being.

Christina was my esthetician. She assessed my face, skin, and regime and determined a plan based on my wants and needs. She did an excellent job. I will be back for some of the procedures she recommended.

Poor customer service; had me come in for an appointment and then told me I couldn't use the account credit for a service they cancelled. Did not try to accommodate or take accountability for not communicating prior to appointment that I wouldn't be able to use it. I have been going to their salon/practice for over 5 years.

- Since I couldn't reply to the comment - The communication was not made. My appointment was cancelled due to your practice being closed due to weather. Happy to provide a screenshot. I chose not to make another appointment until I had time. It was not a pressing concern for me. Mind you after my appointment was cancelled - they asked me then if I wanted to reschedule but never heard from them again. Also, the credit was for a promotion they were running and I bought a service for a body wrap treatment and when I went to schedule they didn't offer the service anymore. This salon/practice has had a lot of turnover, like I said the manager even the day was polite and looked like she wanted to help but the original direction came from the owner.

Staff is great! Very friendly and professional. Appointments are very flexible and adjustments are easy to make.
