I had an excellent experience with RoofER. Their customer acquisition approach is innovative and some may consider sketchy but I give them credit for it AND they are transparent about it. Frankly, they are a pretty transparent company. Justin Wines knocked on my door, no easy task!, and he was persistent but not respectfully so. He's got a tough job but does it exceedingly well I thought. The rest of the team was good too. I was very clear that given my circumstances I wasn't in a position to pay more than my deductible and I didn't. Not one penny more. I will say I did not like their contract AT ALL and told them so. I redlined it heavily and to my surprise, they accepted EVERY change. In a call I expected to be very contentious to review the changes, it simply wasn't. Ford, the GM, explained that he was confident in the services and was fine with all of my changes after discussing/clarifying one or two points. From that point on, it was smooth sailing. The install crew was great. I have dogs and was very worried about nails in the backyard and months later have never found one back there. The follow-up was good too. They sent QA out after and Justin was in my neighborhood the other day and called to make sure I was happy. I had my roof done in the beginning of December and I'm thrilled.
Roof ER did a great job for us. We worked primarily the Jason Brown and Matt Ray and both were excellent, and the roofing crew also did a great job. One of the great things working with Roof ER is how they helped us every step of the way with the insurance company. It was a long and involved process making the claim (hail damage in this case) but Roof ER really did all the heavy lifting. Their expertise working with insurance company was invaluable. Then, when it was time to do the job, they were very responsive to our needs during planning. Finally, the work crew was very fast, efficient, and thorough in doing the job -- from delivering the materials to thorough clean up that did not leave any waste behind. Well done and much appreciated!
