I had an amazing experience with Kevin and Dougie—they were truly exceptional. As stressful as the car-buying process can be, they made everything seamless from start to finish. I’ve purchased cars for many years, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience. When I first called, I asked to speak with someone who had helped me previously but was no longer there. Dougie immediately stepped in to help, and I was very fortunate that he did. He made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process, and his knowledge about cars is truly impressive. Andy Gonzalez is the best. He's absolutely amazing. He explains things clearly and is very courteous. He's intelligent, honest and hardworking. Honda should promote him and make him a manager as soon as possible.
