UPDATE #2: Olivia went out of her way to make my wig look very natural. She is a master at her craft. In my humble opinion, you won’t be disappointed.
UPDATE: Olivia figured out the issue was with her system and we set up an appointment and we found a wig for me.
I’d give no stars for the lack of service that was given to me by this salon. My husband and I drove an hour and a half (65 miles each way) to the salon for an appointment I booked through their online system. We arrived an hour early to ensure we wouldn’t be late. I’m 67 years old. My hair has been thinning for years. I’ve thought about getting a wig for a long time, but worried will it look natural, what will people who know me think that all of a sudden I have hair. After much encouragement from my husband I decided that shouldn’t matter and feeling good about myself was more important. After doing some research I found OT wigs. After reading their many reviews, all great reviews by the way, I decided to call and make an appointment. I quickly received a call from Elana and was able to get an appointment that day!
