My rating is for the front desk staff, I were before about two weeks ago for the first time, all went well. Mu second time today 4/1, when i arrived I was asked for the doctors order, i told them that there was a copy already sent from my doctor’s office, that i last time i was there I didn’t have to show it because it was in their system already, but i was told I needed, i went and got it got for them. Later someone else arrived and encountered the same issue as me, the front desk checked the patient without no problem. 🤷♀️🤷♀️
Good professional service. Friemdly office staff amd clear communication. Although they are co-branded with OrthoVirginia, they are not integrated in any way. I had to repeat all my insurance information and medical history, schedule separately, etc. It's fine, but no advantage over any other MRI provider.
Awesome doctors but bad customer service and horrible billing department. They will drop some of your payments and create wrong bills, and when you try to fix it, you'll have to spend hours & hours on the phone trying to reach out to them, and after all, this will also take several attempts to have your bill fixed. if you need to stick to your doctors in this place, then review your bills very very carefully.
