Wish I could give them o stars...5 months, they couldn't diagnose my son with CRPS disease. Plus the PT kept pushing him but he was just getting worse. When I called to speak with them, they didn't pay attention, I could hear typing in the background and they wouldn't respond "hello, are you there?"
Over a year and I am still dealing with these scammers! Beware, run away! The desk agents mis-charged me several times and refused to help me when I tried to find an MRI provider who charged a reasonable rate. My surgeon left this practice because he said he wanted better customer service. I left after only a few visits because they were so deceptive. Now almost a year later I'm getting overdue payment notices after I've given them "proof" with my credit card *overpayments,* several times. They knew I was moving away and they have deliberately mixed up their billing, and continue to harass me when I have proved that they owe me! This business is a scam, stay away!!!
