I cannot more highly recommend Lara Studios to any Bride planning her Wedding Day. Bianca, Esme, and Norma were absolutely top-notch makeup and hair stylists. We had 5 bridesmaids, the mother of the bride, the mother of the groom (and me!) all get their hair and makeup done – and everyone looked absolutely stunning. EVERYONE (and I mean everyone) absolutely loved their looks. That’s impossible right? There’s always one person who is less than pleased… not with Lara Studios! Beyond their technical skill of beautifying, Bianca, Norma, and Esme are such calm and warming people. The “getting ready” portion of the day can be stressful! Making sure everyone turns up on time, dealing with different opinions and requests. It was not stressful at all for me thanks to Lara Studios. I felt like I was in SUCH good hands. I had done a trial with Bianca prior to my Wedding Day, we talked through a few adjustments to my makeup and Bianca absolutely nailed it. I had never felt so beautiful, and was not nervous AT ALL sitting in that chair wondering “am I going to like it?”. They made everything just so completely perfect.
This bride is eligible for Social Security...but Bianca did her magic with my hair and make-up and I felt like a princess and my husband cried when he saw me on our wedding day! All of my pictures turned out great and she really took years (and years!) off of me. My hair and make-up lasted and lasted. I had Bianca do a make-up tutorial 6 months later and I learned so much and could totally duplicate what she did — including eyelashes. She recommended products, some of which I could purchase directly through her—and everything was reasonable and wonderful! 10 Stars!
I found Bianca, when I posted on the Reston Herndon Community Facebook group - as I was having a tough time finding hair and makeup stylists for my wedding day. I could not be happier that I was recommended to contact her, as my makeup was amazing! At our trial, she really listened. I have had my makeup done once before (by someone else) and I didn't care for some of it, so I showed her some photos and told her what I would have liked. The trial was amazing and my makeup was even better on my wedding day! She fit in my mom's makeup too, and even helped with our hair! Having one person to help my mom and I the day of, with both hair and makeup, too - it was so helpful and stress-free! I would HIGHLY recommend Bianca to anyone. She is absolutely amazing at makeup, very accommodating, responsive and listens to what you are looking for. She really went above and beyond for us!
