My home was just serviced by James Clatterbuck, who now owns this business - he was highly recommended by a friend. James came by to examine an issue, explained the situation, laid out some options, and did superb work at an excellent price. Definitely went out of his way to make sure the issue was fixed, and fixed well. Friendly, honest, hard working, very competitively priced, and knowledgeable. He also gave some great advice on some other questions we had. He is definitely going to be my go-to plumber for future services!

I bought my house with the hot water heater under the house in the crawl space. A week ago, just before Christmas the tank failed. I called and talked to James Clateterbuck. He came out, crawled under the house and told me what it was going to take to fit a new tank under there. I wasn't surprised to hear it would be a lot. To make a long story short, he started and finished the work over the course of a day and the new tank works just fine. I have grandkids coming to visit and they will be able to take hot showers. I'm very happy with James and highly recommend him. Grandpa

James Clatterbuck is the current owner, and is lower priced than other plumbers. As a one-man show, he charged $1,500 less than was quoted by one of the much larger and heavily advertised plumbing outfits to install the exact same water heater. That might sound impossible until you consider the things the other plumber insisted on adding that James didn't. He's definitely worth a call.
