Another fantastic experience with Brax! Two actually. This review is for my snow guards and ++ above & beyond follow up service. Brax installed my Snowbird snow guards two weeks before the big 2026 DMV ice storm. As before lots of great detailed planning from Chris at the sales team and the installers. Then I referred them to my neighbor and they did theirs too. While completing that install between snow storms they inspected my roof, re-attached a fallen snow guard taken out by the big ice storm and they replaced a piece of siding that cracked in the severe cold all in the same afternoon using a piece from the cache of spares I keep in my attic. Beyond expectations! Very professional, prompt, communicative, and competitively priced. It was a different experience from start to finish, from the initial consult to execution.
