What a great experience. The staff is incredibly upbeat and helpful. Jenn and Wahid were exceptional. I had a 20 yr old blind repaired under full warranty and received the blind back in one week. So glad the company had a new store in the Vienna area.

Wonderful customer service! Ada was super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She was able to provide great recs and options between different styles of window treatments, and gave us a quick estimate for our comparison shopping. Definitely ask for her assistance.
