I’ve visited Dr. Ponni a couple of times now, and each time I’ve walked away amazed at how effectively she relieves chronic pain with such calm, intuitive care. She doesn’t just treat the symptoms; she senses your breath, your stress levels, and works holistically to bring ease back into your body.

the massage is amazing only if you are lucky enough to actually make an appointment. Usually no-one picks up the phone listed on the website, and their openings are very inconvenient for anyone who has a job. Additionally, they canceled my last appointment 2 times for different reasons. Even though the massage is great, there are better places to go to for it.

If you are ‘aware’ of the way Ayurveda Massage can help untie your knotted muscles, this place will be a great revelation. The masseuse is very knowledgeable and professional. The back muscles were well relaxed after the session
