I feel very lucky to have found this great group of physical therapists. I've been to other practices and there is a world of difference between them. I came with plantar fasciitis, thinking it would take months to heal but it only took a few weeks. Nancy and her staff know what they're doing and I really like the nice, calm environment. This will be where I go should I ever need help again.
I came to Ascend after I broke my collarbone. Jake provided unbelievably effective care, expert guidance, and steady encouragement. He balanced the rest and stability the bone needed to heal with the mobility and strength targets we set to ensure I could get back on my feet as soon as possible. While I hope to not need physical therapy again, if I do I'll be coming here.
Nancy and her team at Ascend have been absolutely phenomenal to work with on the rehabilitation following my foot tendon surgery! They are knowledgeable, patient, really take time to listen to how you're doing and adjust exercises accordingly. The atmosphere of the practice is very calm and cooperative. Even when there are multiple folks there at the same time, I feel like I get the attention I need in terms of observations of what I'm doing, adjustments needed, and instruction on what to do next.
