I've been getting my nails done here for 5 or 6 years. Just a regular manicure/pedicure. The shop is very clean. The manicurists are friendly, professional, and take their time. The atmosphere is quiet and you feel pampered. What else could you ask for?

I come here from Springfield about every 3 weeks, usually for a mani (gel or acrylic) and pedicure. I almost always enjoy the service but I wish it were more consistent across technicians; some do a great job at one service but not the other and the rare one does a good job at both. I wish I could get their names but there are no name tags or business cards for the technicians themselves. A great example is today. I got a spa pedicure and she used the sugar scrub to massage my feet and calves which eventually rubbed my skin almost raw. DISCLOSURE: I did not experience service myself.I took my mother and grandmother to this nail salon as a belated birthday present for a standard manicure (that was not gel), and according to my mother and grandmother, the ladies who did their nails kept trying to rush the job. And when my mother and grandmother asked for a design to be done, allegedly the nail ladies rudely replied, "We don't do designs for standard nails that aren't gel. But for you we'll make an exception." And then they proceeded to doing a design my mother and grandmother didn't ask for, or liked!Again, I was not the one who experienced the service.
